Booking procedure
Please send your demand in written form per e-mail or fax and if you wish accommodation,
fill in the application form with following
dates:
- date of your arrival and departure
- requested place and category of the hotel, number of rooms, partition of rooms (single, double,
three beds, apartments etc.), optionally the maximum price accepted for accommodation of 1
person/night
- your contact address and numbers (fax, phone, e-mail)
Additional services: please specify in separate way. For the program of your stay – do you have
special wishes or are awaiting our offer ?
After receiving our
proposal please confirm the reservation.
After your confirmation of reservation we shall make an invoice. You can pay by a bank transfer
to our account by our bank (account number will
be mentioned in the invoice)

for groups:
50% (balance) at the latest 10 days before arrival. (put on the account
of AB Prague Travel Agency).

Cancellation must be in a written form and comes in force on the day
of its receiving by AB Prague Travel Agency.
